This locomotive gained a bell when visiting the USA for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroads Centenary Fair of the Iron Horse in 1927 and much against the wishes of die hard GWR fans, King George V was given an experimental blue livery in 1950. The model mirrors this period and is powered by a ringfield motor.
