| 2002 | Spanning over 75 years, the Dean Goods locomotives proved themselves to be veritable workhorses and were able to use all the Great Western lines. Consequently it was no surprise that a number of these locomotives were retained after Nationalisation. This year sees the Hornby model in the more familiar and austere livery of BR black. The model is representative of the class at that time and would certainly not be out of place on a layout based on that period. A ringfield motor located in the tender powers the model. |
