1996	A train set that has it all. Imagine this wonderful set all laid out with the train running around the track, passing the trees and entering the tunnel, popping out the other side. Imagine reversing the train into the siding, stopping by the Goods Shed so that produce can be loaded and unloaded. Then you are ready to go again. Imagine as you turn the controller the train starts to move, gradually getting faster as you allow more power through; over the points and you are heading for the station. The signal is down so you must stop by the platform, allowing for your passengers to get on. The signal is raised and you are off again. Imagine all this, plus the Hornby TrakMat. Imagine, this set could be the start of something big and only from Hornby.
1997	A set with everything to make a complete railway scene, for the capable local-service locomotive and its mixed haul of passenger and goods rolling stock. The oval track with siding allows you to run a versatile schedule, switching the point between goods yard and main line.
